Fleet Glass Specialists was founded 4 years ago by a team of certified auto glass technicians who saw a gap in the market: businesses with large fleets had no reliable, dedicated glass service partner in Central Virginia. They were stuck calling the same consumer shops as everyone else — waiting days for appointments, dealing with inconsistent quality, and losing driver time to unnecessary shop visits.
We built Fleet Glass Specialists to solve that problem. From day one, our focus has been on speed, reliability, and doing the job right the first time. We invested in mobile service units, built relationships with OEM glass suppliers, and trained every technician to handle everything from a simple chip repair to complex ADAS recalibration on the latest commercial vehicles.
Today, we're proud to be the go-to glass partner for some of Richmond's largest logistics companies, municipal fleets, and service businesses — while still taking care of the individual car owner who needs a same-day windshield replacement.
